Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how YSJ Channel Data Tool collects, uses, stores, and protects information obtained from authorized YouTube channels through Google OAuth and YouTube APIs.
Information We Access
After a user explicitly authorizes a YouTube channel, the tool may access:
- YouTube channel metadata, such as channel ID, channel name, public channel URL, subscriber count, and video count.
- YouTube Analytics metrics, such as views, watch time, subscribers gained or lost, average view duration, and related reporting metrics.
- YouTube Analytics monetary metrics, such as estimated revenue, when the authorized account grants revenue access.
How We Use Information
We use the information only to generate internal channel operation reports, daily reports, performance summaries, and revenue summaries for channels that have been explicitly authorized by their owners or authorized operators.
Data Sharing
We do not sell Google user data or YouTube channel data. We do not share this data with third parties except as required to operate the internal reporting workflow or as required by law.
Data Storage and Retention
Authorized channel tokens and report data are stored in our internal system for operational reporting. We retain data only as long as necessary for business reporting and channel management purposes.
User Control and Revocation
Users may revoke access at any time in their Google Account permissions page. After access is revoked, the tool can no longer refresh data for that channel. Users may also contact us to request removal of stored channel authorization information.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
