This Privacy Policy explains how Asia Creator Channel Manager accesses, uses, stores, and protects information obtained from authorized YouTube channels through Google OAuth and YouTube APIs.
Information We Access
After a user explicitly authorizes a YouTube channel, the application may access:
- YouTube channel and video metadata, including channel ID, channel name, public channel URL, subscriber count, and video count.
- YouTube Analytics metrics, including views, watch time, subscriber changes, and video performance.
- YouTube Analytics monetary metrics, including estimated revenue, when the authorized account grants monetary analytics access.
How We Use Information
We use this information only to provide internal channel management, operational reporting, performance summaries, and revenue summaries for channels explicitly authorized by their owners or authorized operators.
Data Sharing
We do not sell Google user data or YouTube channel data. We do not use this data for advertising or unrelated purposes. Data is shared only as necessary to operate the authorized internal reporting workflow or when required by law.
Data Storage and Retention
Authorization tokens and reporting data are stored in our internal system and protected using access controls. We retain data only as long as necessary for channel management and operational reporting.
User Control and Revocation
Users may revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions page. After access is revoked, the application can no longer refresh data for that channel. Users may contact us to request deletion of stored authorization information.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
